All paperwork must be filled out prior to trying out for a sport. Please see the “Forms” page for all the paperwork needed. Prior to trying out for a sport during the school year, students must check in with the Nease Athletic Trainer to confirm they are cleared to tryout. There will be a “Check In” table for each sport or you can bring paperwork to the Nease front office. Physicals and paperwork are good for one year.
